saying that he is in kluang ED
and wanted to admit patient to ICU
haha he thought i in aneast already
and i thought he got transferred to kluang medical
chehh
turn out he is visiting his non malaysian friends
and just want to say hi to me lol
when i say i currently in surgical...quickly he said want to admit UGIB

it's hard to find someone we can be honest to.
the level of trusting people just increase a few more bars
