 if i don't call the case, he/she might live another day
 but if i call the case late morning...he/she might not survive another day
 plus doing not emergency high risk case 2-3 am on your first call uhhhh
 i still dun have that confidence plus with 2 pending caesar coming hmmm...

 but next time, time management must be better...
